Return Policy

All product offered by POS Fellows are returnable within 30 days of purchase. Before returning the products, a Return Authorization Number (RMA) must be requested.

To qualify for a return items must be:

1. In original packaging
2. Include all cables, manuals, warranty cards, accessories, etc.
3. Be unused, clean, without scratches and resealed in a factory fresh condition
4. Over boxed, with no writing or markings on the original box

Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items. If returned item meets all of the above requirements, return will be accepted and a 20% restock fee applies. If the returned item doesn't meet the criteria, item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

A $80.00 refusal fee will apply to all orders that are not accepted by customer upon delivery or if the address provided by customer is undeliverable. 

If the product arrives Dead on Arrival (DOA), contact us immediately. DOA merchandise must be returned with all original packaging and accessories for the return to be accepted. Full refunds are only given to non-functional products. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items.
