My shop needs to be mobile, so we use Square on an iPhone. Would this work with it?
No, this version will not work with an iPhone since it is a USB printer.
You would need either a network or bluetooth printer for it to work for an iPhone:

Is wifi required for this bundle ?
You would need the Square Stand and a compatible iPad for the Square Stand for this bundle. You may run the system in offline mode and accept credit cards; however the credit cards will not get any sort of authorization back until you go back to online mode with WIFI. Does this hook up to Mac computers?
No, it hooks up to an iPad. The Square Stand is required.
